Waterboyz Return Policy
In the unfortunate case that your are not happy with your purchase, we will do what we can to rectify the problem.

If your shipment has been damaged please do not throw away the box as the shipping company will want to examine it. If you are returning something, it has to be in new condition with packaging and tags. We will only cover shipping costs on a return if it is a result
of a Waterboyz error.
In-Store Return Policy: If the item is not defective you have 14 days to return said item in new condition (not worn, not washed, not ridden) with tags still attached and a receipt from the purchase to receive a full refund. After 14 days but before 30 days, you can only receive in-store credit in the form of a Gift Card or exchange. After 30 days we can no longer accept returns.
Defective Merchandise: Refunds and exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis. These problems are usually handled directly with the manufacturer of the product but Waterboyz will assist you in this process. Some items will need to be reviewed by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange can be made. (Example: A jacket or other apparel items has stitching that is coming undone; its likely we can make an exchange in store and deal the manufacturer ourselves. If a watch, sunglasses or other non-apparel item is broken, the manufacturer likes to handle these problems to determine if it was in fact a manufacturer defect.) Again Waterboyz will assist you best we can in these situations.
