The Waterboyz Skate Camp is a great way to get into skating or sharpen your skills. The camps take place at the Waterboyz skatepark and run Monday through Friday from 9am to noon.

There are group lessons as well as individual lessons. Each skater sets their own goal at the beginning of the week (how to drop-in, ollie, grind, etc.) and our instructors help them get there. There are a range of abilities in each session which really helps the kids to motivate each other.

After the camp is over the skaters are welcome to stay the rest of the day or as long as they want at no extra charge. There is a snack provided but no lunch. Please provide a lunch for your child if needed or leave them with money to eat at our snackbar.

The week-long camp is $100.

Private Skate Lessons at the Waterboyz Skatepark

Outside of our Skate Camps Waterboyz offers private skate lessons throughout the year at our indoor skatepark. Students set their own goal within each lesson and are usually able to accomplish it with help from our advanced instructors.

Lessons are offered weekdays 4p-7p, Saturdays 9a-12p and Sundays 12p-3p.
Private lessons are purchased in one hour blocks at a cost of $40/hr. Additional skaters are $30/hr. A group of 5 is given a discounted rate of $130/hr. Usually 2-3 hours is enough time to have quality instruction and for the student to accomplish their goals.
Price includes instruction, pad rentals and board rental (if needed). We offer lessons from beginner to advanced street skating. The cost of the lessons includes a day pass for the day of the scheduled lesson.
Student must have a waiver on file which can be downloaded here. Skaters must be at least 6 years old to take private lessons.
