Waterboyz Surf Camps on Pensacola Beach

Waterboyz Surf Camps are held on Pensacola Beach from 9am to 12 noon. Camp size is limited per week! Must be at least 8 years old and be able to swim. You may bring your own surfboard. If you don't have a surfboard we will provide you with one.
Instruction includes:
- Surfing
- Paddleboarding
- Skimboarding
- Ocean Awareness and Safety
- Wave Knowledge and Etiquette
Our instructors are lifeguard and CPR certified and have years of experience in the water. Each instructor will teach no more than 4 students at a time during each session to ensure safety and quality instruction.
As we can not guarantee rideable surf every day, our teaching format is subject to change. Alternative programs such as paddle races, movies, Indoboard, skateboarding or games will be substituted if a flat spell, or bad weather conditions occur. Please bring sandals & a towel. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and certificate of completion. We provide a snack and water everyday and order pizzas on Friday. Sign up soon as space is limited.
The week-long camp is $150.

Private Surf Lessons on Pensacola Beach
Outside of our Surf Camps Waterboyz offers private surf lessons throughout the year on Pensacola Beach, Florida. Lessons are mostly for beginner and intermediate surfers. A beginner is someone who has never ridden a wave before. We'll teach them the basics of surfing, wave etiquette and ocean knowledge. Usually, 2 hours is enough time to get a beginner catching waves.
An intermediate rider is someone who has ridden waves before but needs some direction on more advanced maneuvers. We'll teach them more about balance, carving, bottom turning and riding backside.
Private lessons are $40/hr, or $60 for 2 hrs. Two hours is usually enough time to have quality instruction and leave the student feeling accomplished.
